Where do I manage my subscription?
Head to the top right of our site and hit ‘Account'. From there, you can manage everything. Sub status, flavours, delivery dates – the whole shebang.
Can I mix flavours in my subscription?
Absolutely. Go wild. Want 1 case of Rarr-Berry and 2 of Lem’n’Ade? Done. Just log in and mix + match your dream stack.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Login > click ‘Manage Subscription’ > hit pause, cancel, or tweak away.
We don’t make it weird. You’re always welcome back.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yep – just two payment cycles. After that, you’re free to bounce (but we reckon you’ll want to stick around).
What happens if my payment fails?
You’ll need to log into your account and update your payment info manually. We don’t store your card details – privacy FTW.
