Shipping, Returns & Refunds
SHIPPING
We currently ship Australia-wide only — no international or PO box deliveries (sorry!).
All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC.
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on whether you're metro or regional. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on the move.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

In their original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note:
Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If approved, returns are processed as store credit only — we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or if you don’t like the product.

DAMAGES, LOST ORDERS & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, faulty, or something's missing — email us at heyjim@wedrinkjim.com within 7 days of receiving it. Be sure to include photos so we can sort it out quickly.
If your order hasn’t arrived and you think it may be lost in transit, reach out and we’ll investigate with our delivery partner.
EXCHANGES
Need a different product? The fastest way is to place a new order and return your original (if eligible). Once we’ve received it, we’ll issue your store credit.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only issued if your item arrives damaged or faulty and can’t be replaced. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days.
